LiTTLe MACHiNe set well-known poems to music and perform them, drawing on three thousand years of poetry from Sappho to now – music that moves the feet for words that move the soul.
They have performed with Carol Ann Duffy, Gillian Clarke, Liz Lochhead, Liz Berry, John Cooper-Clarke, John Hegley, Roger McGough, and at Glastonbury. They are performing regularly at literary events in 2013.
Walter Wray spent a lifetime hollering the blues, crooning tunes as a solo artist and in bands such as Junk from Sheffield and 90s stadium rock poseurs King Swamp.
Steve Halliwell also played in King Swamp and was a session musician in the post punk world of Shriekback and other arthouse denizens.
Chris Hardy is a prize-winning poet and experienced folk-blues guitarist and song-writer. He has performed in every sort of venue from the Peel show via the Colston Hall to a pub near you.
