Lucy Malouf is an award-winning food and travel writer whose titles with her husband Greg Malouf include Malouf: Modern Middle Eastern Food, Saraban, Turquoise, Saha, Moorish and Arabesque.
Lucy’s other books include The Food and Wine Lover’s Guide to Melbourne’s Bays and Peninsulas and The Season’s Plate Cookbook. In between the time she spends travelling and writing, Lucy collaborates with leading Australian chefs and nutritionists, helping bring their ideas to publication.
She is also a freelance editor and advisor for leading Australian publishers and she contributes features and reviews to newspapers, magazines and restaurant guides, and food, wine, travel and tourism web sites.
Greg and Lucy’s new book on modern Middle Eastern vegetarian dishes will be published in October 2014.
